LOOK OUT!! WE'RE ON READY STEADY COOK !!!
Imagine our excitement when we were approached to present a "Quickie Bag" to the lovely Ainsley Harriott on BBC 2's READY STEADY COOK programme.
We will be appearing on BBC2 soon, on June 16th at 4.30 p.m. (providing the BBC don't ree-schedule again!) and will be giving the wonderful chefs, Lesley Waters and James Tanner quite a challenge!!
We have a brand new, innovative product for you this spring - We highly recommend the "Karoo Lamb".. FIVE minutes in a microwave or pan of boiling water will see a melt-in-the-mouth lamb dish that normally takes at least one and half hours preparation..... and the most amazing thing about this product is that it can be stored at an ambient temperature - along with your pastas and tins - for upto a whole year! Which does of course make it perfect for camping or caravanning - no need to refrigerate!
Finally, to celebrate the arrival of Spring, there's a very special BUY ONE, GET ONE FREE offer on our ROSE VEAL MINCE AND CASSEROLE meats - make the most!!

OUR RECIPE COLLECTION
We are really thrilled to tell you all that independent publisher, The Friday Project, have announced the acquisition of a collection of our recipes for Autumn 2008. Our book, An A-Z of Alternative Meats, Alligator to Zebra will be available for Christmas next year!!
BBC RADIO 4 WOMAN'S HOUR - What a thrill for us .... the BBC called us and asked if we would take some goat meat over to Jenni Murray's programme - we took a specially prepared curry and she loved it ... along with some Ostrich Fillet, which we cooked in the studio.

CITES - HOW WE SOURCE OUR PRODUCTS
CITES (the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora) is an international agreement between Governments. Its aim is to ensure that international trade in specimens of wild animals and plants does not threaten their survival. All meat offered on this site can only come to you as part of this policy. This means that it is either farmed - usually for the skin and the meat is a by product, or under a hunting licence in order to keep the population under control so that the ecosystem is not harmed.
When you have placed your order, you will receive a personal email to organise a convenient delivery day for you - and then all you have to do is sit back and relax! We can usually deliver to you within 72 hours, but will keep you advised of the progress of your order.
Most of the products will arrive frozen with you, in polystyrene boxes with ice packs to keep the correct temperature. We use APC to courier our products nationwide.
