Available here on our website are both imported Australian and Chilean Wagyu Beef, and a British product which is produced in Wales. All of these products are from Wagyu cattle, whose genetics famously produce the heavily marbled meat found in Kobe, Japan, and range from 4 - 6 on the marbling scores used by Japan and Australia. Japan has now forbidden all exports of Kobe Beef as it has been declared a National Treasure.
