These butters are hand-made for us in Wales. We think the flavours are stunning and really innovatively combined - and they are so wonderful to have available in the freezer! Its so simple to dress-up your fish, steaks, pasta and jacket potatoes!

Pink Peppercorn, Smoked Sea Salt and Garlic

Our first thought with this butter was that it would work wonderfuly well with our veal products - and wow, we were so right! Delicious and not at all overpowering. We think this would also be good simply stirred into tagliatelle.
Red Chilli, Cracked Black Pepper and Garlic

We actually had a tip from Hopley House in Middlewich, Cheshire that we supply, where Graham had experimented with Crocodile Cutlets and this particular flavoured butter - with stunning results.
Sun Dried Tomato, Black Olive and Parmesan

This butter was the first we tried with Ostrich Fillets and it was just divine. The combination of flavours is perfect and tastes wonderful, melted over a hot steak.
Lime, Ginger and Coriander

Being completely honest, this is one of our favourites. It works wonderfully with Crocodile, but is equally delicious on a Beef steak or with Lamb, Ostrich and Kangaroo.

Who could resist this combination? We even imagined this spread on a piece of hot toast, it was so delicious! Great with a fillet steak too.
