Yet another Champion for our our Deliciously Different Range - British Wild Boar! We discovered our farmer, David Rowe, (who teaches Geography when he's not on the farm) growing his Wild Boar in the forrested hills of Scotland, and persuaded him to pay us a visit in Shropshire with our first delivery at the beginning of September.
Genuine wild boar is a part of our history - and has once again returned to Great Britain. It is the highlight of feasting across Europe, indeed these Boar are Eastern European and as such provide deliciously dark and intensely flavoured meat.
