Imagine our surprise when we found we could source Water Buffalo from less than 50 miles from Shropshire! These animals roam the hillside in North Wales looking over the Dee Estuary - an amazing sight! The breeder/owner originally used them for milk production, and Buffalo Mozzarella, but has now moved into meat production. We've also been working with a supplier in the South of England and now can supply a wide range of Buffalo steaks and joints. LOOK OUT FOR THE PROMOTION WE'RE RUNNING ON FILLET AT THE MOMENT!!
